Dad's Deer Stand T-Shirt

Dad's Deer Stand by Dale Kauzlaric -- We lost our dad in September, So, this deer season was bittersweet this year. I went and sat in his deer stand and enjoyed the winter wonderland. We received 14 inches of snow on top of the 2 to 3 inches still on the ground. Here is a panoramic look from his deer stand located near Eagle River, in Vilas County, Wisconsin. As a Wisconsin-based photographer and having grown up in Vilas County with its over 1,300 lakes, the outdoors runs through my veins. Through the 40 years of chasing images with a camera, landscape photography is my favorite, particularly landscapes with water, any kind of water. Colorful sunrises and sunsets can be captivating. Shooting after the sun goes down can yield amazing images. Waterfowl or other wildlife can provide quite the challenge to get up close in their natural settings. Someone left a comment on one of my sunset images about capturing the colors the master painter provided.
