Lake Michigan Sunrise by Dale Kauzlaric -- I got up over an hour and a half before sunrise on this morning. I drove to the Windpoint Lighthouse in Racine County, Wisconsin, which overlooks Lake Michigan. I was hoping for a colorful sunrise. I found some compositions I liked south of the lighthouse itself, which included these bare trees in the lake. Lake Michigan is really high now and creating erosion problems. There was also some great wave action on this morning. -- dalekphotography.com

I like this. Nice composition, nice sky , bare tree, wave action, nice color tones.....,all come together to create a really nice shot with great mood. Sometimes getting up early pays off big. But sometimes it is hard to convince myself to do that when in my nice warm bed. 😊 Great shot, Dale. L/F
