Wausau's 400 Block After Dark by Dale Kauzlaric -- Wausau's 400 Block is very colorful after dark with all of the lights. This block is in the center of the downtown area. The old buildings were torn down and the whole block was converted into a park. This image was taken about a half hour after sunset and the clouds still have some colors and not just black or dark. -- dalekphotography.com
